The objectives of these grants are reviewed in the context of current crises and changes in the cultural landscape: thus, the 2022 call was&nbsp;<b>dedicated to women artists involved in South-South class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Fund supports artists and cultural professionals in their mobility projects, guiding them in their search for funding but also offering advice and contacts that could facilitate the development of their work and nurture peer-to-peer exchanges in order to prepare for and maximise their mobility experience. Drawing on theoretical contributions and peer practices, the RCF has also developed a training program for professionals on the new challenges of mobility and how artists and cultural operators are re-imagining their mobility today.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #006699;\"><b>Actions in progress <\/b><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support for young artists and cultural operators <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Ready, Steady, Go \u00bb\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">offering support in preparing for mobility. This expertise informs <b>advocacy work for mobility<\/b> at local, national and European level, which should contribute to the development of<b> public initiatives<\/b> in favor of mobility and in line with the needs of the sector.
