The request must be written and sent by the individual applicant him/herself
and not by an organisation.
The process is quite simple and fast (about one month).

- Use one of the application forms which you will find at the end of this text.
The application forms correspond to the priority strands that are indicated in the
“priorities” webpage. Use the blue arrow to help you navigate down to the bottom
of this text. Just click on the link and download the document. Fill it in carefully

Deadline
The dates of the sessions of selection are indicated on the site and are
subject to change so please check regularly. Late applications won’t be submitted.
How the process of selection works ?
The applications are sent to the FRC Experts who make a decision within three weeks.
Then the coordinator informs the applicant by e-mail one week after the selection date
on the decision and the amount granted.
What does the FRC cover?
- The FRC reimburses the effective international travel and visa costs and can indicate
partial funding if the costs are too high. The application must be made for one international
return travel ticket only and visa costs. Local transport cannot be included.
- You are asked to choose the cheapest way to travel.
How can you receive the grant?
The FRC does not give the grant in advance. In order to receive it, you must send within two months after the trip:
- The original or a very clear copy of your travel tickets and invoice: name,
date, destination and price must appear clearly, The grant cannot be given to
someone else if you are not able to travel.
- A report of your trip and experience,
- Bank identification (grants are usually sent via transfers). If you do not have any
personal bank account, the money can be transferred into another account (in that case
we need a letter of authorization from the owner of this bank account).
