The bursaries are individual, which means that we attribute them to
one person in particular and not to an organisation. The request must
be written and sent by the applicant himself/herself.
The process is quite simple and fast (about one month).

- If possible an invitation letter from the organisers of this event.
Deadline
The dates of the sessions of selection are fixed step by step (approximatively
one session every 5 or 6 weeks). Late applications won’t be submitted.
How the process of selection works ?
The applications are sent to the FRC Experts who takes a decision within three weeks.
Then the coordinator informs the applicant by e-mail on the decision and the amount
granted.
What does the FRC cover?
- The FRC reimburses from 75 to 100% of the real international travel and visa costs.
- You are asked to choose the cheapest way to travel.
How can you receive the grant?
The FRC does not give the grant in advance. In order to receive it, you must send within two months after the trip:
- The original or a very clear copy of your travel tickets and invoice: name,
date, destination and price must appear clearly,
- A report of your trip and experience,
- Bank identification (grants are usually sent via transfers). If you do not have any
personal bank account, the money can be transferred into another account (in that case
we need a letter of authorisation from the owner of this bank account).
